Matthew 6:6 "When thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly."

To pray in the name of Jesus is to pray with the mind of Jesus, unselfish and full of Love, our desires should be his and our purposes reflecting his so that understanding the will of God is him directing. He will open doors and shut doors but always be ready for an answer.
